Welcome to the 2017/18 School Year

As we kick off the new school year, we want to welcome our new and returning students, parents, teachers and staff. We look forward to partnering with you this year.

There are many exciting enhancements that we are rolling out this year including our new School Pathways student information system. Our teachers and staff have been working hard to build and master this new system that will streamline our services and provide conveniences to our students and families. As you ease into the new year please know that your teacher is there to help you with any questions you may have about School Pathways.

We’ve also reorganized the Wire and redesigned the homepage to help you quickly find resources and support. We hope you’ll visit the “Announcements” section frequently and take a look at our weekly emails to learn about our latest news and upcoming events.

At Visions we are always striving to add additional benefits for our students’ learning experience. Our Home School families are starting the new school year with new services. We are proud to offer over 1,000 community partners for our homeschoolers and we’re hosting 10 Community Partner Fairs in the beginning of the year to connect students with services, Visions staff and other students.

Our Independent Study and University Prep students can also jump right into the school year by joining an upcoming college tour. We’re proud to offer our high school students many advantages including early community college funds and the opportunity to participate in our new Automotive program with American River College.

Also, don’t forget to post your #VisionsFirstDay photos on Facebook and Instagram to be entered in a gift card raffle! We look forward to seeing how you kick off the school year.
