Checkout With Ease: Your Guiding Light To Graduation Day
At Visions In Education, we pride ourselves on celebrating success. We will host hundreds of students and families each graduation season to prepare them for their biggest success since joining Visions: graduating high school.
Graduation is only possible because of the amazing Grad Team we have to hold and organize our Grad Checkout process. For students, what feels like a seamless process to return technology, pick up, and pay for graduate apparel such as caps, gowns, and stoles, starts long in advance to prepare for our communities.
This year, Visions held four Grad Checkouts across our service areas and extended our hours to reach as many students as possible.
Over these days leading up to graduation, Visions staff has the pleasure of helping celebrate a momentous occasion. Each graduate can take a senior portrait send-off picture used for Graduation. These photos can be accessed on our Facebook page.

As educators, we recognize that change can be fearful for young minds. Creating a safe space where families can ask questions and become familiarized with our graduation process is key to fostering a positive graduation experience. As our Visions family grows, we will help you each step of the way.
Thank you to our Grad Team for all you do for our Visions community. The preparation and execution of not just one commencement ceremony, but two for all our families!
Before each commencement, our team walked our graduates through a rehearsal walkthrough and prepared for graduates to wait before the big event! Handing our water and snacks while taking pictures of Graduation Caps! You are appreciated in every facet of work even beyond the final turn of the tassel.
